Well, considering the fact that they have yet to officially announce it's over, they may just be testing something that required bringing it back up temporarily.

Nothing got fixed.
Friends List is still Broke, Dunbaraton Banker is still broke.
At least Event is restored back to ch2. Another useless maintenance.

Sounds about right. They probably didn't devote much time on it as everybody is still in Holiday Mode. I honestly don't expect anything out of companies between Christmas and New Years. It's that part of the year where business' just says **** it.
