This is a Korean manhwa that deals with the issues of global warming.

Summary:
It is long past the extinction of all life on Earth and one computer tries to continue it's mission to preserve human DNA for as long as possible until the Earth is suitable for life to be made possible again.

There's two versions of this, the first one is in full colour and the second one has a different ending.

Haven't looked into it, but it's by the guy who wrote Sun-Ken Rock. Could be promising.

It was really nice! I felt so sorry for the tower during all those years, it was pretty smart though.
