I heard sitting down or having a skill loaded will prevent you from being randomly teleported

You know... I logged off about an hour before everything exploded. I've been following all this info since, and. I sorta want to log on for a few minuets to take a look...

Not that I agree with his specific methods which involve harming players... but often the only way to get **** done is to cause a public fuss.
I don't know enough about the game (including the KR company and such) to know if there's less harmful ways of doing this though.
I imagine there are other methods, but honestly, we were doing alright thus far. All he's doing is causing unneeded trouble.
Things are
worse now than they would have been if Nexon just went on it's merry way.
So this is kind of like him complaining about Nexon not cleaning up messes then he himself goes and makes a big mess. It's hypocrisy.
I'd love new, competent staff just as much as the next person, but this is just such a crap way of doing it.

Almost.
Even if you hide equips away from inv, character features such as your face and hair are part of a hidden inventory. When these items get deleted in lieu of the camp kit, your character will become corrupted and that is how the blackrobe happens.
Being seated or having a tent up also seems to work against the teleport.
I see. Though I am curious what triggers this robe monk glitch. From what I hear, not everyone who enters gets their data unusable.
Thanks for the clear up.

nop
cuz with a edit to the packet they can still get you =\ and the tent isnt inside the normal parameters
@animeshadows ya that part is bullshiii cuz what they are getting is your char ID not your account info and honestly char id is not hard to get all you need is a packet scanner and your target to walk or talk near you
As I thought.

... welcome to the thread. (See below quote)

Point being, its unrelated to this.
Sorry to be the pessimistic one today, but is there any proof backing these, or does it "seem" like it because the users who are doing it have yet to actually be hacked?
I said this on Skype late last night: This sounds like a dang Zombie Epidemic movie (or Contagion, if you watched that). The actual danger is the public, which is now going hysterical in fear. All of them are making up "cures" or methods to avoid contracting the disease that have no backing other than the fact that they have yet to contract the disease when doing said "cure."

Wow, this is really creepy. It's pretty empty everywhere I go. It's just me and my snowman currently XD To bad all the snowballs where 1 cm, and if a roll back will hit, it won't matter anyway.

Proof of fact. Evidence to back up the statement that they are using modified Summon Capsules, which prevent users from being summoned if they have a skill loaded.
The whole "I heard that _________ causes/prevents ____________ from happening because __________" is something I see far too often, and is more often than not a complete fabrication which users/people actually believe.

Well I decided to chance it and went to Dunby. It's still pretty active, but you can tell it's slightly more empty then normal. There was this person who was being chased by a Bandit Kobold, who procceded to kill the player. I killed the Bandit and the guy (Who ressurected himself) came running after me, telling me off because I ruined his zoo and it took him 5 minuets to get the bandit to follow him XD

we can't exactly "prove it" without actually hacking someone....
