If anything, the U.S. Government has a big huge microscope over middle-easterners that arrive off of planes with strip searches and what-not. There are actual reports where they're taken straight to terrorist jail innocent or not to be interrogated for days.

Does the law specify/define "terrorist" or "terrorism", or is that left ( probably intentionally) ambiguous?
