Have to read it out loud. Can be funny or serious or whatever.
I was gonna go with "Foreigner of the Year".
Just post anything that might help!
You should start it with "Conugurajuruationsu desu."
I'm just joking.

Acceptance Speech
Oi todo mundo! That means hello everyone, in case some of you don’t know. I would like to thank all of you for awarding me the prestigious award of best foreigner of the world, ever. When I first arrived in America eight years ago, I couldn’t speak any English. Actually, many of you still remind me to this day.
Oi todo mundo! That means hello everyone, in case some of you don’t know. Since English was your first language unlike some people standing up here. I would like to thank all of you for awarding me the prestigious award of best foreigner of the world. This means so much to me, I now have something to fill the empty spaces on my fridge with. When I first arrived in America eight years ago, I couldn’t speak any English. I couldn't even order any food, they would always look at me weird then end up pushing me away. Do you know how hard it was for me to go hungry for so many months? I've learned that it's not a healthy thing to do. I'm still earning some of that weight back. Many of you still remind me to this day that my broken English is in deed just that, broken. When I am reminded of this everyday, it is hard for me to appreciate living in a different country. Who wants to live around others who don't understand you? It's a dark and lonely hole to be in. It also doesn't help that when people walk by staring down at you in that hole, they have no idea that I'm asking for some help. They just think that this is normal for me in my country. What I've done is turn that lack of respect around and use it for my own gain. You guys have inspired me and pushed me to this point and I would like to thank each and every one of you jerks that helped me this past year. I love how you all reminded me of my language skills each and every day. I love all of you, and hope you all get stuck in that hole one day, that way you can each aspire to your dreams. Through hardship comes the greatest gain. If you can remember that, you will do well one day.

When I first arrived in America eight years ago, I couldn’t speak any English. Many of you still remind me to this day that my broken English is indeed just that, broken. You guys have inspired me and pushed me to this point and I would like to thank each and every one of you lovely Americans that helped me this past year. I appreciate how you all reminded me of my language skills each and every day. I’d like to thank my mother for bringing me to the United States with her, for without her I wouldn’t be foreign. I love all of you, and hope you all get stuck in that hole one day, that way you can each aspire to your dreams. Through hardship comes the greatest gain. If you can remember that, you will do well one day.
