  I heard that there can be some trouble using those on Steam, but it should be possible, you should get TF2 like me!

  I really never had a credit so I wouldn't know, though it says citizensbank. ca on it, so imma try that site first.

  The website on the card should be where you go to check the balance and see the list of transactions, also where you go to recharge (I think) the card.
  But, in order to 'use' it you just need the 16 digit code and the 3 digit security code on the back, you will also need the expiration date.
  Some places let you charge directly, but others require paypal.

  Hm usually the thing/place you are buying from will have a paypal link (like nexon main website) and it will let you register and use that card on the spot, so I'd go check out the things you want to buy first if I were you.
  It's upto you what you're gonna buy in the end.
  Then when you check out the purchasing process, you might not even need paypal.
