Merging some forums

  I'm going to be consolidating some forum sections to make room for potential future sections (not that there's a limit to forums, but too many starts to get cluttered and annoying, especially inactive ones).
  
  Since some of the vindictus forums are so inactive I'm going to be merging the following ones into one big one:
  

  
  
  • Guilds
    
  • Docks
    
  • Bazaar
    

  
  There's going to be EAST/WEST prefixes mandatory to chose from when making a new thread in those.
  
  
  I'm hoping to do something similar for the mabinogi equivalents, so that all advertising of guilds/parties and trading is done in one place instead of using up 3 main forums. Only in this case I'll keep the server sub forums since it's much more active than vindictus, and has a lot more than east or west.
  
  I might also merge the vindictus/mabi tech support into a general Nexon tech support, because the community provides better support than nexon anyways (btw did you update your graphic card drivers?)

  Noticed it due to how much smaller the Vindi subsection is now.
  
  I do feel the name "Market" is a bit misleading for the combined Market, Guild, and Recruitment area though. No idea what else to call it though.

  "Bazaar" might work, just off the top of my head.

  Renamed it to bazaar.
  It's now open and ready to be used again.
  
  Going to do the same for mabi once I figure it out, it's a bit more complicated for mabi 0:
