  Rules:
  -You may only nominate one person.
  -You may NOT nominate yourself.
  -You cannot nominate someone who has won in the past two months (will not apply right now.)
  -Each person can only be nominated once. The original post will be updated to include the nominations so that there are no repeat nominations.
  -Staff may NOT nominate or be nominated.
  -Staff members may NOT win.
  
  The nominated users will be reviewed by staff and the winner will be chosen.
  Winners should be picked based on how active and helpful they are in the community. Many other factors also apply.
  
  There may or may not be a prize for this. I still have to talk this over with Osay.
