My characters were all wiped. Judging from the fact that my Lann is still there the way he was in Beta, it looks like my account was rolled back hard.

something similar happened to me. Filed a ticket for it back in May which wasn't resolved until December. And by resolved i mean that they could not do anything about it( though they did give me 20k NX for it )

Well, my characters aren't wiped, as much as I wouldn't care if a few went missing, those not being my Lann, I guess I'm happy with getting random compensations for nothing, now I have 52 divine blessings for something that didn't even happen to me.
