Scenario: You just finished your interview with THE SHINING SHAKARR, and it's your first day on the job in the Perilous Ruins. The pay is kind of low, and all he gave you was a woodman guard costume and a black orb (which you are instructed to drop upon death). You look worried and ask him to clarify, but he is quick to change the topic and promptly sends you off to your post.
The job? Wait in the ruins and help out some mercenaries with their training. It's a nice prospect since you did get a black belt in high school and would be the perfect person to help out those rookies.
However, you notice that the costume is a bit bulky and awkward and makes it hard to move around much. But it's not like they're out to kill you, so you figure it won't be a problem. After all, they are just novice mercenaries with wooden shields and fake (looking) weapons. And after all, at least you didn't get the hemdrill costume that some of your coworkers got. And even they look excited, ready to take on any challenge.
Suddenly though, things take a dreadful turn for the worse. Being the friendly instructor that you are, you move over to the rookie and try to help him learn the ropes of combat. However, to your horror, he begins viciously attacking you and your friends. You try to tell him to stop, but you find that the suit limits your communication abilities to unintelligible grunts. Your black belt skills kick into action, but you find that the suit has been designed to apply a high voltage electric shock whenever you try to make any sort of reasonably quick movements. The suit requires that you crouch down for several seconds in front of the enemy before swinging your mace.
Being an optimistic person though, you figure that you'll simply be knocked around a bit and not face any serious injuries, let alone, death. However, those thoughts vanish as you watch the costumes of your coworkers petrify and encase them in a solid layer of stone. You try to run, but the rookie is already upon you...
