If it's done by magic, use magic to throw and in the same spell bring it back orz.
I guess there'd have be a weight limit for what swords/weapons you could throw.

I'd be like Keima from The World God Only Knows and when it comes to actually thinking of making the best fame ever, it's too hard to make a choice.

Gravitational spells, similar to the gravity gun from half life, used to pick up items from far away.
But assuming this is allowed, throwing your sword would mean that sword is fair game for anyone who wants to pick it up ._.

I would have an aiming reticule. But depending on your aim and where you hit a monster (Armor, weak points, skin, cloth, etc) would depend on the damage. Shields whether from another player, or yourself would block attacks until it breaks. Every attack would do a certain amount of damage to the durability. Armor/Clothing would also have durability that decreases when attacked. In a sense armors/clothing/shields have a set amount of HP. Depending on the quality/upgrades of said item. Getting hit too many times in certain places would slowly cause that area, say a leg or arm, to become unable to be used. If carrying a sword + shield, either ditch the shield and use the sword in the other hand or use the shield to bash enemies. Getting hit repeatedly in an area would over time cause more damage. If a person is standing in front of you with a shield, any spells/attacks headed towards you will be blocked by the persons shield in front of you. But they have to be directly in the spell/attacks way.
Make sense? :what:

But the Wasteland is fun!
Especially when you find a radio signal that says "BAI SHI BAI SHI" over and over.
And I doubt you can blow up a town with a nuke in oblivion.
AND THE SONGS ARE AWESOME :D

Yeah, I didn't say it isn't fun.
I just love the assassination missions in oblivion, and the game had REALLY good graphics at that time, I think xD. In fallout, moving around sometimes just seems kinda empty... I love the mercenaries and give them full tesla armor to match me and pretend I escaped from a special training facility...
