Mabinogi 2 section

This is an archive of the mabination.com forums which were active from 2010 to 2018. You can not register, post or otherwise interact with the site other than browsing the content for historical purposes. The content is provided as-is, from the moment of the last backup taken of the database in 2019. Image and video embeds are disabled on purpose and represented textually since most of those links are dead.

Would it be a good idea to create this section? Since everyone is excited about the new game, maybe that section could help people to find related information and share news, recommendations, etc. and discuss stuff.

It's too early. There's not enough information out to warrant it's own section. When the game is actually close to release date and there's a lot of information out, a section will be created.

We only have what, one thread with information on it out? That's nowhere near enough.

Yeah I totally get that, but the only section for the moment would be "general discussions" and as time passes new, more refined sections would be added. We do know though that it will be released but we don't know when, but that doesn't matter that much because we do know it will be released, so that opens a lot of room for debate, which is great!

Look, even a sticky thread in Mabi Talk would help to keep things where they belong, then we could move to the new sub-forum if that's not enough as time passes. Get my feeling?

If you wish to have a thread to keep that talk where it belongs just make one, sure enough if it is used the mods will sticky it, then in time it will have it's own category.

Start with a thread that gathers all the info we currently know about mabi 2 in one place, which isn't much.
As soon as it looks like the Koreans are getting a regular stream of info instead of one little thing per few months then we can get a section for it. If enough people are willing to work on it we can also start as early as possible on a mabi2 wiki if there aren't already 9001 of them out there.

Yeah the Wiki is a really good idea as it could increase the user base. I don't know much about Mabi 2 (not even care about Mabi anymore) just like to hang out here and discuss stuff from time to time... I'll look into it.
