I'm for true gender equality. Not feminism.
And I mean literal equality. If dudes can punch each other in the shoulder and change/shower together now, then literal gender equality would mean men and women can do it too. If dudes can talk about female genitals while having lunch, then they shouldn't have to shut up and act innocent when female coworkers come in out of fear of sexual harassment claims.
I don't see feminism as portrayed in society today as gender equality, I see it as women wanting more of what men already have (and that part is perfectly fine) while also wanting to retain all the "good" discrimination that exists such as women getting away with stuff more easily than men, changing/shower rooms split off from men's, getting paid for on dates and all that stuff.
I love you for this owo
But im afraid the gentleman in me would prevent me from treating women like I would one of my guy friends.
Im all for gender equality but I think that not all gender equalitys are bad and should be taken out of society.
