Weeeelllll....

I got nothin'. BUT!!! You CAN look somewhere for 1) A Blue Ribbon 2) A Blue Flower Accessory 3) Black and White beads and 4) Blue feathers.
The whole hair piece isn't 1 piece. The beads aren't attached to the ribbon,it's actually looped around the ribbon while it's clipped to the hair. I'm not sure about the second accessories,though.

I get the ideas from pictures I see all over deviantART. :>
