Satanism isn't a religion. That's the entire problem with this line of questioning.
How can Satanism define what happens after death when it is not a religion and therefore does not prescribe such things?
I think generally, the various ones prescribe "think whatever you want" when it comes to that side of things.
Many, I think, do tend to be Atheist, but an even larger amount are spiritual (albeit not in a religious sense). And the idea of being spiritual, it means that death is not the end, doesn't it?
...I'll continue below.

I'm guessing it's similar for all types of Satanism, based on their ideals, that life here = everything. Or at-least, it's far more important than any sort of afterlife.
O9A doesn't cover Afterlife. Think what you want, basically.
Me, personally? I believe in reincarnation. Not like the Dalai Lama, not even one where you probably know who or what you were.
I could explain my spiritual beliefs, but it probably belongs in its own thread.
The short version...
Souls are like repositories. When you die, all of your knowledge and experiences return to that repository. Your ego (sense of self, personal identity, & individual personality) however does not. The memories are stored, but that is it. When you go on to the next life, you're simply accumulating more knowledge.
Well, I use knowledge very loosely. It's more of a process of the soul becoming more complete. That's the idea.
And anyways, the idea is to become whole and perfect enough to ascend to a higher plane of existence, at which point a similar process would continue. Albeit, if you no longer have a physical existence and are allowed to remain in one form (albeit a spirit form), then there wouldn't be all of these reincarnations happening (unless you died somehow), but you continue your path, eventually perhaps ascending to an even higher plane and so on. Of course, this process takes an extremely long time.
The basic idea is that the ascension beyond the physical form into a spiritual being, you then are able to retain all of your accumulated experiences and knowledge, and you retain and develop a single personality and move forward consciously finally. You remain very distinct as well as you travel higher up the planes.
Anywho... I have good reasons for my spiritual beliefs, but it would derail way too far to go into them here. So, maybe another thread sometime.
