Use the everything else section for now, it's the poster's choice to post in that section or in spam. If they want their post taken seriously then they just won't post it in the spam section. I don't think making a section just for that will cause people to post there instead in the long term, it'll probably just end up like the debates section which is on the verge of being destroyed.
