Okay, well Comcast has been really unstable lately. Their internet constantly crashes in my area. This started a few months ago. Each day, the internet crashes at least 17 times. I asked my friend, who has Comcast and lives 10 minutes away, if the same thing happens to her. She answered yes. I end up calling Comcast at least once a day and almost always get an automated response, which says, "We are currently experiencing problems in your area. Our technicians are aware and are working to fix it" or something along the lines of that. Anyways, I was wondering if anyone else out there has Comcast and if they constantly crash in your area as well.
tl;dr
I have Comcast internet. Comcast = constant d/c. Comcast = bad in my area this year. How is Comcast internet in your area?

Can't say if you still need help or not but I've emailed them before about something similar and they just said I had a power surge in my area, which I do not believe. Not sure how long that's suppose to last but my modem kept rebooting for almost a month then it just randomly went back to normal.
Try emailing them or calling in customer support/service. I emailed because I can't stand talking on the phone.

I loose connection 2 times on average. Usually when people are wanting to connect to it. It can get as bad as 10+ d/c's a day :I
