found a way to get it!!
someone suggested shadow wiz basic, and i tried that, but they are too scattered and only 6, so i ended up only freezing one.
then i tried rabbie normal, hoping for a mimic cluster, and somehow get them all that way. before i encountered one of those i came across a scattered mimic room. i used mount to touch them, then unsummoned it, but only one froze up again. the rest was pwning me for a long time, and then i acted dead till they resumed their dormant state. they were kind of in the same proximity now, so i planted one equidistant to all of them, and did the horse unsummon thing again, and i got the title. story of my life. but seriously this is for those who are wondering how to get it, if they missed their chance during g9.
