And you could choose to become someone's Maker*, what kind of person and what time period would you choose?
In this exercise, we can be a vampire, having an infinite age (or, as finite as you would like) - so one can go back as far as they choose to. The point is that now using the wonderful power of knowing what all of the time periods of the past held, and the histories of those regions, the mannerisms and what have you of the people, the question then becomes more of one upon a much broader compass of what your ideal selection would be, in both time period and in taste.
* = A Maker is a Vampire who creates another Vampire. The subsequently created vampire will have a high admiration for their maker, and a very difficult time disobeying an order given to them by their maker. Not so much mind control, but as if you have a strong influence over them due to their sharing your blood.
Perhaps you'd like a big strapping manly viking, or a British or French Nobleman or Noblewoman from the 1400's, a handsome pirate like Jack Sparrow, a Greek Philosopher, a poet from Lesbos, an Ancient Egyptian Priestess, a Priestess of Venus, or perhaps maybe a whore from Sodom? Or maybe... a human from the time when we still lived in tribes, language was sparse, and the species had just come into being?
You could choose basically any type of person from any period. I'm curious what your choices will be!
Feel free to dictate what kind of life story this person may have, how you will have come about turning them, and what their personalities were like, and the reason you would have chose them. For instance, perhaps you saved a cute little orphan girl from being raped, murdered, or sold into slavery, or perhaps just from starving to death, and raised her as your own. Maybe her family was brutally murdered, maybe you saved her from that. Maybe it happened during a war. She grows up with the utmost respect for you, learning all that you can teach her, and when she reaches the appropriate age, you turn her so that she should never have to know the horrors of disease or old age. It's an open canvas. Make it whatever you want.
Think of it... a little bit like a writing prompt.

Either Brad or Conor.

I'll be a single celled organism vampire from the primordial ooze that formed the common ancestor of all living beings in the future :o

I am serious.
That way I'd get to live forever with them.

People back then don't take showers, so I won't really want to be near any of them. Then again, some people in the modern age in modernized nations don't look like they take showers either.
If I was an immortal vampire, I would just stay hidden, and watch the world. Maybe sometimes fly into space once in awhile to defend the earth from aliens that been sitting at the other side of the moon. Perhaps even terraform the moon with my super vampire powers to create a world where vampires can live without fear of humans... while avoiding all those specialized vampire hunters from super secret societies.
Not that I am spoiling any stories... :skip:

This is not a "who is your favorite Nationer" thread. You obviously wouldn't even know anyone from this life. Not to mention it completely defeats the entire purpose of the thread.

But you said it could be any kind of person from any time period, but fine, I'll appease you.
I would change someone from modern times, who was exactly like either Conor or Brad in every way in terms of appearance, mannerisms, personality, and vocal patterns, except for the fact that it would be neither Conor or Brad.
Woah, I just realized this is way better. That way I can have Conor, Brad, AND the third either Conor or Brad vampire.

Trinity Blood?
I'd be a Bakemonogatari vampie, they're lifespan depends on how bored they get, if they get bored of life they just stop feeding. I'd get bored after all my friends grow old and die so yeah.
