  Its a tv series where they take bosses of big companies and have them work as the lowest level employees undercover in various places in their company.
  
  Sometimes their eyes are completely open as they see their company doing things absolutely the worst way possible. Sometimes they meet hard workers that really do an incredible job and reward them at the end. Its a really touching series I think.
