I'm having a bit of trouble (of course);
I took a month break from Mabinogi and headed towards Vindictus, then re-downloaded it then deleted Vindictus from my computer two weeks later. Then, whenever I try downloading Mabinogi, resetting the computer and retrying, it keeps saying "While copying files, we've encountered an error, please reboot and try again." I constantly re-downloaded and restarted for the next two weeks and it just keeps occurring. Can someone please help me?
:cry:

Tried deleting your mabinogi folder, clearing browser cache, and then redownloading the mabinogi installer and running it?

When you're installing? Delete your Mabinogi folder in Computer>Nexon, then try.

Have you tried putting it in a different folder rather than the default folder? Or, have you tried a different installer?

Disable your anti virus. That will fix the problem

I've tried the main install and the install under the Download on the website. And no, I haven't really thought of that, but does the folder actually matter?

Unfortunately, I have more than one anti-virus installed onto my computer... I don't think that that's the problem, since I've played Mabinogi with the same anti-virus programs before.

I never had a problem with it until one day too. It lasted for two patches then stopped. I was using AVG at the time and switched because of that reason. I guarantee you that's the problem.

Wait, which AV programs? It's not the best idea to have two installed at once.

When it crashes and it tells you "details of the crash have been copied", open up this page and paste it in here please so I can have a looksee.
Before you do though, remove your usename (it's in the crash log and it shows your account name)
