  Its not, at least not usually. I think it was in some psycology textbook that i read about it, i could look it up in a bit. The point i was trying to make is that kids are naturally curious (so are people in general, but) not only are kids curious, but they also often have no idea when something is right or wrong because they are not taught it. Simple games like playing doctor or even tag could get bad if a kid decides to see what happens if they do something. An adult can walk up and go OMFG, but a kid will have no clue why, until there taught better.

  My argument was from a parental viewpoint (i think). I dont know, and cant say if its right or wrong for a child to engage in these kinds of activities. In my own opinion, its natural to be curious about things like this. Im not going to say i know everything about it, i only read a bit in my psychology textbook and on wikipedia.
  
  It probably is very different in other cultures too, that seems like something i should go find a book on. To the library!
  
  
  After reading it again, it doesn't really seem that odd. They say that this continued for months? and parents noticed it? Why didn't they talk to there kids, and explain to them why it made them unhappy.
  I guess thats what people do when there angry, sue! It doesn't matter if the situation could be handled by a talk with your children, just let it go on while you yell at the schools and courts!
  
  Or perhaps they did talk to the kids and they just ignored them, in that case, im not really sure, most kids listen to there parents when they sound serious, unless there really bad parents.
