Why is it so hard to say congratulations in MMORPGs?

Not many, I used to do it in Demon's Souls, but I stopped doing it because people would take advantage of it and backstab me.

Whenever someone leveled in the MMORPGs I played, we would always say "Gratz", especially if we're in the grinding party together.

If you play LoL, or any MOBA game you get used to saying GG at the end of the game, or "BG" if you're a poor sport.

I say "good game" or "gg" and sometimes give other compliments after fighting someone and/or winning or losing in MMOGs. Does that count?

Though that might've lost its meaning now that it no longer takes 8 hours of constant grind to level.

I said it last night to someone who was on the same map as me, then added em to my party. All I ever said to em was "Grats" and he would respond with "ty".

I do say Congrats/z, Grats/z, GG, GJ GL HF. When I can though. The shorter I make it the faster paced the game is.

In maplestory, someone reaches lv 200, everyone spams congrats through smegas.

Not sure if great achievement or sarcasm from peers.

It stems form when 200 took over 2 or 3 years
Kinda the whole hey ***** i beat the game
