Need help picking out new motherboard.

Hey guys, im building a new pc setup soon and i need help deciding on the motherboard. Right now ive wittled it down to these 2:

1. AsRock

2. Biostar

Now, if your wondering why i picked these 2? Its because they both support core unlock/ACC, (i would like to see if i can get lucky with the 960T if not oh well its still a good overclocker) and IDE (its a precaution, i dont wanna buy a board with just SATA and risk one of those adapters not working). Your welcome to add your own provided they have those 2.

Hdd and dvd drive.

Edit: I changed the asrock motherboard to a different model of the same brand since open box gives you only the motherboard.
