Well to be fair it's not always their fault. I've talked about this before, but the thing is that the updates they get from KR are meant to be applied to the original files they got from KR, but NA modifies the KR files to prevent hacks and such since NA would get the hack fixes way later than KR otherwise.
Hack fixes being one example, but also NA modding the game to like, disable some things they can then sell in the cash shop, stuff like that.
