Updated 3ML or something of the such software?

This is an archive of the mabination.com forums which were active from 2010 to 2018. You can not register, post or otherwise interact with the site other than browsing the content for historical purposes. Hai everyone. Reading through MabiGuru, there seems to be a lack of updating to the various bard and musical guides, especially in the parts with MML and Composing involved.
I'd like to go into music and compose my own scores, but there seems to be a lack of programs that go with the tutorials.
I am not an expert in this, so I don't know where to go or what to do.
If anyone could help with either a new guide with updated information, or alternative links to the mabiguru guides, thanks!

I just found the 3ML link that works, but I'm still looking for a MIDI Editor, since the links in this post are dead.

If that is what you want, just learn MML and write it in from your sheet.

Otherwise, google will likely provide you with better midi editors than Nation would.

I want to convert other's music into MML.

Midi is the only thing you can convert into MML, I think

3ML has that function

But it's up to you to make it into 3 tracks and fit a Composing scroll. So you probably will have to edit the song if it's to long to fit in a scroll.
