This is an archive of the mabination.com forums which were active from 2010 to 2018. You can not register, post or otherwise interact with the site other than browsing the content for historical purposes. The content is provided as-is, from the moment of the last backup taken of the database in 2019. Image and video embeds are disabled on purpose and represented textually since most of those links are dead.

Could we have a sticky clean up in Mabinogi Talk? The stickies currently take up half the screen when you first enter the forum, and that's on a 22" monitor.
The Mabi MML Official Thread should be in Life Skills Discussion; the blackrobe thread can probably be closed and archived off somewhere (last post is four weeks ago, issue seems to have been resolved and Nexon's likely never gonna mention it again); and the general status thread was last updated November 3rd, seems more confusing than informative, and people post status threads instead of posting in it anyways.

I'm on a 10" monitor, how do you think I feel?
Half a screen doesn't sound too bad to me.

I agree with the suggestion, except I disagree with removing the general server one.
For that thread, you aren't really just supposed to look at what the first post says. Many people just post in the thread as things go along, and it is quite useful. If anything the first post needs to be editted so it doesn't seem like that is the last time the thread has been updated.

I'd agree except half the posts on the general thread are questions that go unanswered, and a lot of them are just random comments. I think ultimately it'd be more efficient to have a subforum just for server issues (with tags like Mabi townsquare so we know what problems are server-specific vs for all servers) but that's probably just the OCD side of me.
Also last time I brought up these concerns I was told "We'll update the thread" (hence why I noted that it hasn't been updated since November)
Either way Mabi Talk looks better now, thanks for looking into it Bakuryu
