Mabi wont load

This is an archive of the mabination.com forums which were active from 2010 to 2018. You can not register, post or otherwise interact with the site other than browsing the content for historical purposes. The content is provided as-is, from the moment of the last backup taken of the database in 2019. so the client loaded nicely and is now on v. 102
But every time My brother clicks START the hackshield thing loads up all the way but then never opens the mabi window. He tried opening mabi up again but it said that it was already running, and couldn't close it through task manager, only by restarting computer.

He is on a windows 7 but mabi runned fine on the old windows XP we have... so I'm not sure what's up. Help and pls and ty :3

Happened to me, does your friend have any mods? Installing a clean version worked for me.
