Modding problem

This is an archive of the mabination.com forums which were active from 2010 to 2018. So, I tried to change the boss music files and noticed it was WAV format and mine was MP3, so i made it a WAV, and changed the name of the file like so, but nothing plays when fighting the boss, any way I can fix this?
