I get in 100% of the time perfectly okay. I would guess it has something to do with your computer specs.

Before the Tara Fix patch thing, I had no chance of entering Tara's loving embrace, now I can, that and I disabled the Nagel algorithm

I know people who have amazing specs and still can't enter Tara, I would suggest re-installing/re-patching
use gamebooster
disable any problems you don't need running
lower all your settings
windowmode- and make ur window as small as possible
remove all ur equipment
pray to the tara gods that they will let you in

Before the fix, a texture reduction mod made it so I could get in regularly.
I mean it made the game uglier, but Tara worked.

I did all of these things and barely got in half the time, it's not my computer specs either because before nexon decided to encrypt everything, I could access Tara perfectly fine.

I really don't know about computer specs on this. Mine is pretty old but I can get in ok, although its easy for me to fuck up Tara's loading.
For me, I have to be completely sure/lucky enough that nothing slows down the client even more, else I get d/ced
On the other hand, a friend of mine got a brand, spankin new computer and he can't get into Tara at all.

brand new spankin computer doesn't mean it's good

I tried gettting into Tara with MTU set to 256 and range of vision 300%, crashed. Logged in with MTU 256 and changed it to 1500 after loading Corrib, range of vision lowered to 100 and went in just fine (although it took like 1 min).

-sigh- I will give you perspective since you so demand it.
His can run Mass Effect 3 perfectly.
Mine can't even run mass effect 1

describe perfectly, because I can run mass effect too (max 1920x1080 @ 30fps-45fps) and post a log of your system. I'm just saying the problem could not be just your computer, it may be certain elements of your pc

My Computer is almost 5 years old. and I still do well in tara

Happens to me too.
It's probably because they make Tara load entirely instead of just piece by piece.
Try entering and then wait for a while. If it doesn't work... BLAME NEXON.
