Do you flush the toilet when you pee?

  I used to have that fear when i was a young one (age 10-13) so i can sympathize. But again my dad was a pretty horrible person and i was afraid of getting punished for waking him up so i pretty much held it or ran outside.

  Hydro bills are affected by running water, the more you flush the more water you use.

  Hydro bills are also affected by the cost of sewer maintenance btw. The less water moves, the more sedimentation and clogging up, the more maintenance, the higher the costs. Now, if everyone saves water like crazy... you get the idea.
  
  If you're not living in Las Vegas or the Outback or any such water-poor region, conserving water doesn't make that much sense.
  
  Then again there are ecological considerations to be made. Sewage treatment can't be avoided after all.

  Most people's pee isn't clear, and most people's pee has an odor. You've got to think, everything that enters into your body is going to change the way your pee looks and smells. If you're one of those people that eats whatever and drinks whatever, you're not going to have clear and odorless pee. Medications can also alter it.
  
  I just can't imagine not flushing the toilet. There have been plenty of times where I've gone to clean bathrooms at work, and been hit with a wall of urine odor when I opened the door. Even if everyone in the world had clear, odorless pee, I wouldn't even consider not flushing.

  I honestly don't believe this would add a significant amount to your monthly bills. Back when I lived in Israel, water there was much more expensive due to Israel being, you know, sort of in the middle of a desert and all. And I've never heard of someone not flushing the toilet to conserve water. <_<
