Not sure how they build them in Australia, but in most places in the world, there's this little turny thing with numbers on it. I say turn the turny thing that says oven to about 180, and then keep checking on it by looking through the window in the front (or by opening the door if no window) and see if the meat is starting to change color. You want to make sure it doesn't turn black. Any time before then, and you'll be set.
You want me to skin the kangaroo? And i think all you people are thinking about Wallabys, Kangaroos are pretty freakin' big....
@Kazuni, Your so descriptive

No, I'm talking about kangaroos. You don't have to skin it to cook it, just be sure that you pay attention when you bite into it so you don't get any fur with your meat. And if you chopped it up like I told you to, then you don't have to worry about it fitting, since you can remove the racks in the oven and cook most of it right then and there. Pretty amazing things happen when you make something that's big and shrink it down by chopping it up.
Or lure it into your furnace, since I bet that's on, what with it being winter and all. That should be big enough to do the kangaroo whole.
