Work experience, references, leadership positions in clubs, and internships, to list a few.

Don't put references in your resume. Keep those apart for when applications or employers personally ask for them.
Ideally, you want your resume to be a single page. Mention work experience, volunteer experiences, skills and achievements (if you have any worth mentioning).
The point to a resume is to make yourself look obnoxiously good, so use good words when describing what you did in x and y job. "Assisted" sounds better than "helped," etc., etc.
If you're looking to get a job in customer service, make your resume reflect your experience in that, even if you don't have much. Or working with food or whatnot.
Good luck!
