Title.
Do you? Its been something mostly everyone wants to know, if we're alone or not.
It is hard to deniy that there is no other life forms, Look at it from my point of view, Look up into the sky. how many stars do you see? and lets look at our sun. same thing.
Theres thousands over thousands of stars. and Planets orbitting them.
Its really hard to say there are no other Earth-like planets out there.
What would The other life forms look like?
Mircoscoopic cell-like organisms? Large sea-creature like organisms. Maybe the planet will effect their form, A planet with think/dense air could hold life that can fly. A planet covered mostly in water will most likely have Sea-creature type values.
Will they be like us? Who knows.

Seeing as we've only scratched the surface of the universe, it's a pretty fair assumption that there may be something out there. If we exist, then surely something else can as-well.
I personally would love to find a Vulcan planet someday.

Id be foolish to think that in a universe as large as this one. that We are the only planet who contains intelligent life forms.

I think NASA already found like dozens of possible Earth like planets. There are like a billion stars in our galaxy alone. There are countless galaxies in the observable universe. The probably of extraterrestrial life is pretty high. However, our chances to actual meet them is very low.
Microorganisms are very possible. Anything else could be possible as well though, but not as high probability as microorganisms.
The closest star to us is like 4 light years away, an impossible journey with our current technology. The closest galaxy that isn't already part of the Milky Way is like tens of thousands light years away.

Of course.
A lot of people confuse the question to mean if aliens have visited the earth, but that's totally unrelated.
To think we're alone in this universe until we've explored all of it to determine otherwise is pretty arrogant, on par with thinking we were the center of the universe (and then the solar system).

[FONT="Times New Roman"]The calculated chances of intelligent life are pretty dam near 0%, it's surprising that we exist. Seriously.

With the entire universe out there I'm sure there's bound to be other intelligent beings, observable or not.

Hmm, it seems the popular idea is that because the universe is so large it would be silly (or even arrogant) to assume we are the only living creatures.
Sounds reasonable, but on the other hand, I think that "alien's don't exist" is the default position until it can be shown that they actually do exist. In general we have no reason to believe something exists until we see evidence that it does.
So no. I don't believe they do.
I don't know what the scientists are up to nowadays though. Apparently they've found the possibility for extraterrestrial life?

Its all rumors.
But the universe is always expanding and there are an uncountable amount of stars in the galaxy, some even have plants revolving around it just like ours and plenty are far larger than our own sun.
Heck, im even willing to go as far as making an assumption that humans or at least human like lifeforms exist on other worlds besides ours.

Basically saying microfossils on nanobacteria was supposedly found on that meteorite. Not sure if it just resembles bacteria or if it was once bacteria, but this was big back then. Still fascinating in my opinion.

It's just that the universe is so huge there's always things to be discovered. Different lifeforms could certainly be one of them. I don't mean just small lifeforms, either.
