No one can confirm for sure unless you're somehow a Nexon employee.
I've asked this question before and everyone's just answered that it's a KR Mabi exclusive. I dunno.

They won't. You have to think, people actually buy gacha and stuff for those certain items.
You also have to remember that just because another server gets something doesn't mean we will, and vice-versa.
