Quote from Nexon:
Dear Mabinogians,
We know that many of you have been frustrated by certain bugs and problems affecting your game experience. Though we may not always have had answers for you right away, we have been listening—and not just listening, but doing our best to get resolutions. Here are a couple of the most pressing issues and what we’re doing to fix them.
Mabinogi Character Lockouts: We know--and our developers know--how crippling this issue is for all of you. Fixing the character lockouts is one of our top priorities. While we still don’t have an ETA on the fix, we are putting extra hours into resolving this issue.
Lag: We have good news for this one! We’ve figured out how *to* fix the issue where players are disconnecting in Tara and Taillteann. We need to make a few tweaks to the coding and should be able to deliver a patch soon.
Missing Hebona Robes, Rosemary Gloves, etc.: We know many of you are missing items, and we’re working on a fix to return those items to you. We should resolve this issue within the next three weeks.
We know that progress looks slow from your perspective, and although many of these issues do take some time to fix, we are listening and doing everything in our power to create a smooth game experience for you.
If you have other issues or problems you’re facing, please head over to the forums and let us know what you’re thinking.

Quick, someone go complain about the same few issues like Nexon don't know them already.

It was temporarily fixed during the last maintenance before patch was reverted, and a 16% rS wave sweeper came out instead of a 10% (or a broken) one. Luckily, I managed to obtain it... but who knows if they'll be 16% or 10% when they fix it a second time around.

They're intended to be rS based on the event description, so that sounds normal and it's likely to be rS again afterwards.

Gacha description is "Fine" like all the current rellics (except gold chain for whatever reason, which is rS) not "Finest" unless they have updated the description since then. Or I dunno, they could just say "Fine" and actually mean a perfectly restored rS but no idea. If it is supposed to be rS, then just seems like a poor choice of words considering the game's usage of common, fine, finest, etc.

The original description listed Finest Wavesweeper and Finest Gold Chain Armor, with no mention at all of the other relics (which all came out as Fine).

But it originally (and still says) "Fine" not "Finest". The others are not mentioned at all, which is why I wonder if it's an error that they are rS or if to nexon, "Fine" = "Finest".

I'm a little worried.
-There is an ETA on the return of the mass-deleted items.
-There is no ETA on the more recent character lockouts.
-The characters who were locked out recently were the ones who the first mass-deleted first reappeared on.
How will people be able to tell when they've got their items back if they're still locked out and the items are returned the same way? And if the items are returned the same way, will they appear in the temp inventory once the lockouts are fixed, or will they only be able to appear at the instant the "magic button" is pushed?
Also, there's still no word on winemaking it seems. -_-

I was pretty sure they said Finest at one point, but in any event those two are the only ones which were labeled, and that's already a distinguishing factor.
