I thought with faster speed i could've done better since I ate every hit from the boss when everyone else died lol though I had my golem on his minion
  
  And well yea, I still have 68 balance right now. I would use my thorn rings or ghost witch book but at first I didn't know you could use it on the book and emblem lol and my thorn rings are done anyways. One is significant berserker, the other is significant passion.

  Illusion can't be used on spell books, but it's a suffix that gives 40 magic attack. Additional Berserkers won't make stamina regen faster, so they'd be pointless. Chaos is a good book suffix because it activates so much that it's basically always up if you're blasting magic arrows. Sage's is only for spell books, and is a cheap alternative to Significant. I'd like Passion as a suffix if it wasn't so expensive, because I do love stamina a lot.
  
  Scrolls, unless specifically stated, can work on all accessories. That means the two rings, emblem, spellbook and earrings. Certain scrolls can't be used on books or can only be used on books, but it'll say that on the scroll.

  From this list, we can eliminate the following right away.
  
  Warlord, Healthy, Passion
  These are all primarily Def stacking options. While they do give minor boosts to other areas, their price tags aren't due to that. Simply put, unless you want to be a Plate Evie, ignore these as they just aren't cost effective.
  
  That leaves you with 3 Prefix options and 1 Suffix option.
  
  Suffix - Berserker
  Sadly, stacking 5 of these only gives you the stamina regen of one and only 150 M.Att. For the risk and the cost, it's not very effective. It's still your best option aside from Passion, which offers you more stamina to Magic Arrow spam.
  
  Prefix - Strong, Significant, Fast
  Here's where things get somewhat interesting.
  Fast is going to completely ruin your balance if you stack it. As stated already, that's likely going to cause you to not actually gain that much DPS. This is even more jarring as Staff Evie is one of the classes that gets the least benefit from stacking Attack Speed. It's a really iffy choice and really not necessary for Staff Evie to perform well.
  
  Strong is a fairly cheap option. It offers you 2 Stamina and 9 Int. It's very minor, but it's something. 10 Stamina and 45 Int is noticeable enough if you stack 5. Considering these can get 100% success and only cost ~3m per scroll, it's really good for a budget scroll.
  
  Significant offers 1 Attack Speed and 15 M.Att, about the same damage boost as a Strong. It also costs way more (as what I talked about in Fast still applies). The question is if 1 Speed is better than 2 Stam, and if the price difference is warranted. For Evie, I honestly say no it isn't. However, if you really like speed, I'd go for Significant instead of Fast.

  Don't forget Illusion. It's cheap and adds more magic attack than Berserker, so it kind of obsoletes it once you have one unless you're trying to kick everything to death or use a scythe.
  
  Strong is what I stuck with for a prefix because it was cheaper. I wouldn't say it's "about the same damage boost" because that 5 speed is gonna have a noticeable effect. 10 stamina may or may not be useful to you and also depends on how much stamina you already have.

  You'll probably lose DPS from Fast. If you don't have much speed and 5 speed increases your speed by 2%, you'll still lose 8 balance. If you have 68 now, you had 76 before, which is actually pretty good. Anyway, your average comes out at 84% damage going 2% faster (or 85.68% in the same amount of time) compared to 88% average damage in that time. The gap is smaller when you factor in additional damage, and it could be argued that going faster may allow you to get that extra powerful attack in, or has a purpose for defense and survivability. But... it's almost certainly gonna either do nothing for your DPS, and will very likely hurt it. The amount it hurts it increases as more Fast scrolls are used.

  And yea, personally I strongly prefer something like significant to strong. I actually trashed this ghost emblem book that had strong on it cuz I wanted fast on it THAT bad lol. I strongly prefer well balanced to disciple's but I'm gonna do disciple anyways since I'm not made of money and I can't take the risk of it blowing up my force'd wonderland.
  
  As for suffix I think I'm gonna leave it alone and try to get passion on it >_> I love def and it seems like it would help when I later get into plate armor too.
  
  The main thing I regret is trashing the 3* earring of temptation (and the ghost witch emblem I guess) though...because broken feather earring isn't quite as good but I'll survive lol. I probably should've risked it on my sage's ghost witch spellbook instead. But sage's is actually decent but I'll probably replace it with significant later anyways.

  Yea you have a good point. Now that I'm broke I need to think about cost effective upgrades so I can actually make them lol. Berserker and strong is definately cheap and better than nothing.

  Well, I'm really loving how I'm geared right now. Just ran through the colhen dailies on hero with a party and everything was just so easy with the amount of ASPD I have. It definately makes up for a lack of skill. I barely have to try to do well lol.
  
  The other thing I was finally able to do is when glas does his comet thing I can mana amber, come out, and then mana amber him just in time for his glide. Though the timing is STILL tricky x.x

  You mean when he throws rocks from midair? Just hop to the side to avoid those. The timing is really easy and reliable, you don't even need to sparrow.
