Hello. I figured I would post something that most people might find useful.
It's called
Khan Academy.
My dad showed me a 60 minutes special on this, but I had already knew about it.
I figured that I should share it with everyone here.
Khan Academy is a website with a bunch of free videos that explain certain educational concepts in a wide variety of subjects.
I've personally viewed the Chemistry ones, let me say - Khan Academy is an amazing supplement to learning. I highly recommend it.~
Please check it out.
I ran into some issues trying to access the website, I think it might be due to over-traffic.
Just keep trying to access the page, if it happens to you.

Pretty awesome stuff. Not enough to get a degree, but covers a lot of the things taught in college classes.

Best for high school, good for solidifying knowledge about basic material in college.

Yep Yep. I agree with you both.
It's pretty great stuff to help, if a person has forgotten how to do something.

My mom heard about this just a few days ago and told me to check it out. Probably will later. Or not at all. :whoops:

Again, heard about it, but never used it. I'll probably need it for math and science someday.

Whoops
In hindsight, I probably could have done a search on it.

See:Me.
It still bothers me, how much I learned that I didn't end up using after, so I forgot. I was good at math, and I enjoyed it, but it was never something I wanted to do. I enjoyed drawing, English, and psychology a lot more.
Always nice to have a place to get a refresher, just in case...

The day when knowledge is addicting!~
Be sure to get all the badges too. That'll keep you up for like 10 years :whisper:

I forget about certain parts of subjects as well. As a Chemistry tutor, I can't have that happen.
Otherwise, I look a bit foolish in front of my tutees :p
So, Khan Academy is excellent for refreshers. I hope more people check it out, it's completely free!
