...Pink exists, it's magenta that doesn't exist.

Why does this even matter? It appears to exist, so there's really no point in trying to prove it does not exist.

That's actually pretty interesting though. Never even thought about it.

Why are you apologizing to females? Most girls I know hate or are indifferent to pink. Isn't it Real G's who are in mourning right now?

To me anything that has a physical/energy signature exists.

red and violet exist.
So if they have to combine to create pink, pink exists.
Their definition of existing is pretty crappy. By their logic anything man-made doesn't exist because it doesn't occur in nature.

^Actually, violet supposedly doesn't exist either, because colors don't function in a color wheel, which is the way they teach color theory....
My answer: WHO CARES. I CAN SEE IT SO IT'S THERE.

This. There are many other colors that can fit within the same example as pink.
I suppose the article somewhat makes mention of this, but still ...
Why they have to pick on pink D:
Also, just something remotely funny I thought of:
Pink doesn't exist.
TA's name is in pink.
Ta's name doesn't exist!
:worry:
I'm simply a figment of your imagination.

Pink is a color
Since color is a consurct of our eyes and brains
http://www.popsci.com/science/article/2012-03/metaphysics-color-and-defense-pink
Light waves are physical exists
yes there is no such thing as pink light-waves but thats referring to the light waves which no one cares about
Color which is based on perception as our eyes and brains perceive it is not tangible
Under this definition pink is a color
As much as theres stuff on the internet, theres counter arguments

I'm no expert of colors, but wouldn't this be like saying pink is an asymptote?
An impossible color, but when approaching it, it would be predicted as pink?

Inti clearly hasn't seen this thread yet. :point: I hate pink, it's such an ugly...ugly color soooo I'm fine with it not really existing~
(Not that I can see that many shades of certain colors to begin with...)

What I've learned from this article:
- pink doesn't exist
- brown doesn't exist
- black doesn't exist
- white doesn't exist
- most colors don't exist
- green almost doesn't exist
- aliens don't exist
- Waldo doesn't exist (so stop looking for him)
- the author of the article doesn't exist
- life doesn't exist
Seriously, try finding
that stuff in a rainbow. But I also learned:
- double rainbows do exist
- useless science does exist
- useless articles do exist
- and nothing
I learned nothing at all from this pointless article about a pointless scientific debate.
