Headset issues

Alright,so the last christmas, i asked for a headset, i was expecting a nice 80$ one, instead i get somthing in the range almost double that.

This to be exact. Now, this headset is expensive, and i was told to take care of it, and i have. Now for some reason, my headset isnt providing sound out of the one headpiece, the piece not connected to the USB Jack that connects to it the headset. Pictures are in there. Now, i jiggle the cord, it does nothing. when i tilt my head enough, it tries to cut in and out, so i think there might be somthing wrong with the USB part connecting to the headset. Now i cant find replacement parts on the site, and i dont think there was a Warranty.

Somtimes when my cords curl up, i assume its like too much static of somthing going through, so i disconnect them from the headset for a time then they stop curling. But, i havent used them today and now they are randomly acting up.

Most common awnser i think would be to buy a new headset. which would make me feel guilty that a 150$ headset breaks down after almost 3 months of use.

If i could get any other ideas or assists, it would be appreciated.

The problem is (I had this problem too, so I can say) you might have pulled the cord, which messes with the wires inside the cord, nothing to do with the USB or the port. It's no fault of your own really, it happens to all headphones. There IS a way to fix it but I hear it is much more expensive than just buying another pair of headphones.

I think that might be the issue, ive had times where it did this, but it randomly comes back. When i twist the cord near the headset a little, the perfect sound comes back, but holding it like that isnt really great for its purpose.

Yea, it always needs to be in some funky position for it to work. Good thing I got that old pair for $20.

This happened to me, I just got the usb blew air into the usb port and usb itself worked normally afterwards.
