Not sure if they're legit or not, but there's a huge commotion going on in the official forums.
Sorry if old, I just did a cursory glance on the first page and see no mention of this.

It's probably just BS, but there's a good chance some legits bought +15's not knowing they were from the exploit.

No one, would sell a +15.
People usually stop at +11 or +12 if they want mega profit, +15s aren't worth selling.

Yes they are... the value inflates dramatically as weapons start to break more, and the exploit stops breaking. It's easily the best thing to do for someone who is exploiting.

If you ask me, anything above +12 is ridiculously expensive. (And if it isn't, and doesn't have <50 durability left = cause for concern, or the rare case that someone got lucky.)

It doesn't really matter how much durability something has because after +8, any failed enhancements will either be protected by a rune or will blow up the item 100% of the time.

The value will definitely increase, but the chances of being able to sell it decreases. At a point, only botters, goldbuyers, exploiters, and hackers will be able to "normally" buy some things.
Also, the durability of a weapon does matter if the person with the high plus weapon keeps and uses it on a regular basis. Would you use a +10 with 135 durability or only 46 durability?

The durability issue I was speaking of had to do with the fact that anyone who makes it to +8 will only have that durability or higher from that point on. So if they get to +8 with 100 dura, they will never have under 100... well, unless they use enchants. But with enhancement, items will only go up in durability or explode.
And if a person's already exploiting to +15, they don't really care who's going to buy it. Someone will just make some high offer and they'll have to take the best they can get. But I guarantee you, it'll be significantly higher, proportionally, than exploiting to any of the other levels would be, and won't take very long to sell at all. It might seem like no one has billions of gold, but they do.

Majority of the lv. 60+ weapons that I see on the market that are +8 or higher have less than 70 durability. I often find ones with <50~80 that are +8 ~ +12. It may just be because of when I check the market, that there just so happens to be the "unlucky" batch. (This is scythes, btw.)

Guess it depends on where you look. A lot of +10 or higher weapons have 120+ dura, probably because the people with them invest a lot more into them in the way of runes and stuff.

Well, the marketplace is a funny place. I'm suprised you see weapons above +8 on there at all. Unless you mean the Nexon forums.
Anything above +8 is bound, so it's less likely to see these for sale on the MP if people don't have a buyer in mind.
+9s are virtually nonexistant. Nearly anyone with the means to make a +9 can make a +10 with ease.
+10s are the most common weapon to be traded.
+11 and above aren't as common, but it is worth noting you'll find a few people seemingly selling a ton of these.
A lot of these low durability +10s are people buying low durability weapons for very cheap (most people are forced to sell them at 30-50 durability for a fraction of the normal price), and using NX to make them into +10s for profit. Since durability has virtually no use on weapons (besides visually and if you don't like repairing often), it's the easiest thing to overlook on a good weapon.

Durability over 100 will increase the in-dungeon durability. If the durability is under 100, it will last exactly as long as a 100 dura item.
Nexon thread that has the comparison videos and such.
