/didn't watch Iron Chef.
Overview: A random chef challenges one of the 3 "Iron Chefs" as they fight against each other in a cook-off with a required ingredient. The required ingredient is different for each cook-off and is random, so the chefs can't plan their dishes. The 2 Chefs will have an hour to cook up as much dishes they can to feed the judges with the required ingredient, and they're judged after that. If the challenger loses to the "Iron Chef", then they get nothing, I think. If they do win, they are nominated to "Iron Chef" status, and something else.
It used to be a Japanese(maybe Korean) cooking show, but they imported it to the Food Channel with translations, and then they went to make an American-based Iron Chef.
