Give them all your items, your members will certainly like you after that.

Run on sentences? There isn't even a single punctuation mark to demote a sentence at all.
Anyways, why make a guild if you're that worried about not being a good leader, you're better off just joining a guild.

Well... The thing is, why play a video game if it stresses or frustrates you, right?
So try it out. Stick with your gut on your decisions and listen to your guild's voice. Not everyone is meant to be a guild leader.
And if all goes to worst, you can always join a different guild, like mentos suggested.
You can always pick up a few things from someone who's in charge if you plan to try it again.

Uh, you could first try correcting your grammar and punctual mistakes, so you won't sound like "that guy" towards your other guild members. Plus it sorta gives you an imposing look, sorta. Plus if you make a guild to help people, I think it would just hinder their progress if there are other guilds with stronger people that could help them.

As a member of Tarlach, I would most definitely have to say that in order to be a good leader/member in general, you need better communication skills (aka grammar). Or else, no one will really want to talk to you. It's how it is.
Good luck, though

Until you have a solid foundation of loyal members and are getting new recruits dont worry about things. This is where guillds can prosper or die. Get yourself a group that works together and go from there. Dont worry too much about levels but it's probably best to get players with an understanding, yes. If you can get a decent group together then start recruiting. Have an idea in your head of what you want in a member. Several guilds are made without the leader knowing what they want - thats why most guilds dont go anywhere. So basically right now worry about getting a foundation memberwise and have an idea of where you want the guild to go. Having an officer at your side that will help you with the decisions and keeping things in line is very helpful. Worry more about bonds than levels at this point basically.
Good luck with your guild though.

What they say about grammar is true. In my opinion I dislike it when people can't take the time to type out full sentences and use chat speak repeatedly (basically shortening any word that is already short to begin with. Good examples of this are plz, pls, plox (They mean please, which is a six letter word that can easily be typed out.) ANYWAYS, moving on.
I do have a bit of advice for you that has nothing to do with Grammar. This comes from experience, after being in one specific guild for at least two years. The first thing you need to keep in mind is, while a lot of other people may look for guild recruits that are their level or higher, this may not necessarily be the best way to go. Having a variety of levels in the guild is good too. We all pretty much started out as newbies right? Through hard work they will also reach the level you are at now.
Make sure that you're active (You don't have to be extremely active, just enough so that your guildies know that you are still alive. Ya know?) Always being there and helping the guild members who are at a lower level then you will also help you earn their trust. Now keep in mind also that a guild isn't just a 'thing' it's a group of people who come together, not necessarily with a common goal but, kind of like a second family. So it's not you that makes a guild it's everyone in it.
If people are giving you trouble then discipline them or kick them out, no guild needs that kind of drama.
Well, that's all i have to say for the time being. (until I think of more to add that is...)
Edit: About what I just said about always being there. This is true, but like I said before. I speak from experience when I say this. It can be quite a hassle for the guild leader if ALL the lower levels only come to you for help so, make sure you encourage the higher levels to help the lower levels.
