Hi, so I just have two questions: first which is a better set for lv. 60 above evie? Wonderland or Fallen Angel? Second, is there a better staff for evie (out of the Dreamwalker, Fobellow Tin, Ingkara, Rakum Rakish, FireWork Launcher. etc..) or just depends on the quality, enchant, and other stuff? Thanks!

Wonderland: 176 more magic attack, 15 more crit resistance.
Fallen Angel: 25 more stamina.
Pick whichever you find more important.
You left out Raider's Staff, but most people consider that to be the best. I don't know the math behind if/when 5* Dreamwalker becomes the best, but it's so expensive that it may not even be worth the hassle. It's basically crit vs balance and attack speed. Rakum is also a not so good, but still a viable option. Rest aren't even worth touching unless you're completely broke with no options, in which case I would advise that you farm things and get gold ASAP.

Rakum Rakish is still a viable budget option for a Staff. Dreamwalker benefits from set bonus if you want to also use a Thor Leather Belt and a Ghostly Ring.
Also note that Fallen Angel loses out on one Force scroll, simply due to the fact that the gloves are Heavy Armor. This also means you lose out on a Well-Balanced. Wonderland also has 3 cheap pieces while Fallen Angel really only has 2. Of those 2, only one can be Forced. That means that you'll have an easier time applying Force scrolls to a Wonderland set.
