Ok so you want a serious discussion in Bean-Rue.
I perosnaly am not to fond of toast, I didn't eaven own a toaster till my GF visited and I bought one for her to use. The only time I eat toast is when I'm away from home for work and it's part of the breakfast.
For me fresh bread just tastes better. Especial if it's very fresh, like straight out of the oven.

I can relate. I alternate between toast and cereal. I ate 2 loafs of bread a little while ago and I want more.

Toast is toasted bread. Toasted bagels are bagels that are toasted.

I don't normally eat bread... It feels bland and plain, even with butter or margarine.

I eat it when I have to, but it's not something I'd like. Maybe Sourdough bread.
