To explain things a bit here, the .dds file is used for Mabinogi. It's basically a picture file that has its file size reduced so that it loads faster in games and such. According to my research, even if I created a .dds file using 3rd party programs, it would likely be incompatible with the Mabinogi Client. I want to know what program out there is capable of editing a .dds file.
Rep + Gold will be given to a person who can find a good program for me.
P.S. This is primarily going to be used to fix the winemaking glitch. If I succeed, I'll make sure to share it with the people who might want it.
And yes, this is a form of modding, but I don't mention any names, and all I ask for is a third party program that does not have anything to do with Mabinogi.

Just look up DDS converter on google. There are tons of programs like this to change one filetype to another.

Wish I could. As I said above, the DDS files don't work like that.
