  We won’t be able to transfer your Characters, Equipment or other Account related Data in any kind of way. To play Mabinogi on the US-Service, you have to start over. We know that this isn’t the best possible way, but currently active Users will receive a compensation for the loss of their Character.
  Regarding the Compensation:
  We’re currently working out the official table about the amount of compensation Users we will distribute and it will be announced as soon as the details are fixed. For now we can only say that there will be compensation for active Users and that you will be compensated with Nexon America Cash if you used the Premium Shop and with NXCash (Europe Cash) if you used the In-Game Item Shop. The amount of Compensation will be announced within the previously mentioned table.

  They should've merged with NA if you look on the 2011 financial desk.
  
  NA+EU were combined and they still made the least compared to every other provider.

  I can't describe the amount of suckage that would be to EU players that've spent a lot of time into the game... it's a shame Nexon EU and NA break everything KR makes.

  I wonder how much people are going to migrate over to our servers now... I don't expect much will stay if they do come due to latency though.

  They have good internet in most of the EU, so it might be similar to canadians or east coast players.
  If they do all come here though (assuming NA nexon cooperates and stops blocking them) it will be interesting to see what happens to the community.

  It started with Cash Shop termination two days ago:
  "We are having trouble maintaining the game service to our Mabinogi players in Europe and we are trying to find the best way to sustain the gaming experience. We apologize for the lack of support and service during the past months having the game servers unstable intermittently that caused players from accessing the game."

  EU players moving to NA mabi, would be the equivalent in quality increase as us going to KR mabi.
