What do you guys think about this? Simply press whatever hotkey you assigned and it switches to your other weapon. You get two slots on your character equip menu, one for (insert first weapon type here, example: Staff) and one for (insert second weapon type here, example: Scythe) that it switches between while in the mission. I think it would make battles a lot more interesting.

There was already a topic on this I think, but it's old.
My opinion: Too overpowered. You would basically be providing a;
Lann the power of Spears with survivability of Swords,
Karok the whatever he does with whatever he does,
Fiona the speed of a sword with the power of a hammer,
Evie the power of all-around playing with survivability and burst damage.

Karok breaks the system.
Get 2 SP bars as Pillar (higher SP gain than Cestus)
Switch to Cestus
Gigantic Strength
And then you pretty much have an unstoppable character. -30% damage taken, +10% ATT SPD, +1200 ATT, 3 guaranteed Crits (a crit on the first Warslam hit is almost half the damage of a non-crit Shield Charge). Would also make for Fury Infusion Sword Lanns, which makes spears useless against anything that you either can't straight-up tank with DEF or is being held down somehow.
If it removed any pre-existing buffs before you switch, then maybe it could be interesting but... the only time I can think of where switching would be that beneficial would be for Colru or for popping Coronas as scythe.

If they also included a long cooldown time between switching, then it wouldn't be as bad either since then you can't use one style to get a buff and then take advantage of the other style, and then once the buff ends, you switch back to the first style to rebuff yourself.

Too OP for Evie.
which means Nexon might consider it.
