  You have an interesting point. I like what you're thinking and maybe Ramses can represent some kind of dark emotion or feeling, perhaps a resentment of some sort? It stalks her because it's always with her and she always feels that way. Another idea brought up from this is that there's a deeper meaning to each memory, which is why the current Mindy wants to preserve the house before her subconscious destroys it.

  Hmm... Perhaps he can be the personification of all the anxiety she experiences from losing her memories or all the suffering she went through from the situation before she lost her memories. It gives me an idea in which you should definitively not take seriously because it's just me having fun imagining things. Mindy created Ramses (like an imaginary friend) to ease the pain she suffered through from her abusive father. Ramses use to be a cute little creature, but all that changed during the car crash. He fused with all those bad memories and became something demonic. I'm just going to stop here. xD

  Actually, the way I was going with this is that Ramses is a demonic figure which represents her resentment and Ramses will be the final boss when once defeated, it's like getting over something and saying that "It happened, get over it, start a new life and be a new person". By defeating Ramses, she's letting go of a grudge she's had against her father and she's moving on. I'm not sure if this is a good idea, but it was something I was thinking of.

  It is a good idea. The idea of overcoming the rage and resentment she felt towards her father sounds pretty great. It reminds me of this:

  Yeah,it's actually the scene where Mindy opens a door in her house and the repressed memory of her father hurting her replays. When Mindy tries to stop him, the room becomes foggy and a puzzle is presented to the player to be solved.
