  Actually you could probably charge a windmill before your get-up animation plays through. I thought that if you timed a defense or counterattack well enough and were getting repeatedly kb'd, you could get one to fully load.

  If you're repeatedly getting KB you can load it, but that probably won't be the case since it's a simple KB+leap combo.

  The "big sword" shown in Sai's video is the prize for completing a generation mainstream. Every race can use it, including Elves.
  
  There may be voice acting. Why not? They have voice actors for trailers.
  
  Even though all the voice acting in Dungeon Fighters was in English, Nexon America decided to be complete dicks about it and get their own set of voice actors to make their own NA version voice files (which are vastly inferior to the original). Its not impossible to see this happen for Mabinogi Heroes as well.

  There is no G13 weapon.
  The weapon used in the video WAS the one you get from G11.
